Lost city may have been found

The mystery is not gone from Central America. Honduran authorities said Tuesday that a high tech laser survey disclosed a lost city deep in the eastern jungles. This is believed to be the legendary Ciudad Blanca or Ciudad Perdida. The location is in the Mosquitia or Moskitia zone in the eastern part of the country.

Surrendering U.S. citizenship is all in the numbers for some

Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin, who is set to earn billions when the social networking giant goes public on the U.S. stock market Friday, has drawn criticism for renouncing his U.S. citizenship in a move that could save him millions in taxes. The Singapore resident still will end up paying fees, but experts say the benefits of expatriation for Saverin, and many others, may outweigh the costs.

Paul Watson still in a German jail

The foreign ministry is backing away from the arrest of Capt. Paul Watson in Germany. Carlos Roverssi, vice minister of Relaciones Exteriores y Culto, said Monday that Costa Rica is a leader in the fight against shark finning. But he declined to address the case of Watson, detained in Germany on a Costa Rican warrant.
